Social Affairs and Social Security ; Charitable organizations, Disabled Affairs, and Rehabilitation Centers; Family, women, and child affairs; Public Housing; Poverty alleviation; Sports, youth, and sports clubs affairs; International, bilateral, or regional agreements related to social, family, clubs, or youth affairs; Any other issue that the Council or the Speaker of the Council deems necessary to be submitted to the concerned committee.
