The Committee examines the human rights situation, nationally and internationally. |
Membership |
Fourteen members. The Committee is set up every year at the beginning of the ordinary session held in February. The duration of the mandate is one year, renewable. |
Working methods |
The Committee works on its own initiative following its appointment by the Bureau of the National Assembly. Its members are responsible for their work and are not constrained. |
